Track running sessions are led by our experienced running coach John Munroe, who used to represent the UK at long jump and has coached many international athletes. Our club running sessions are aimed at mixed ability groups with the focus on interval and lactate threshold training. They last for an hour and start with a solid 40-45 minutes worth of running, followed by a core conditioning and fitness circuit. Find out more.
Over the winter months Emerick Kaitell also runs a park based run session with a specific focus on winter conditioning and pacing. These sessions are appropriate for all ability levels and focus more on longer intervals compared to the track based sessions. They are perfect for those wanting more advice on the technical aspects of running.
Once a month we run brick sessions at Crystal Palace that combine cycling and running drills alongside transition practice. These are led by our accomplished cycle coach Paul Mill, a former professional triathlete and cyclist. When we’re not with Paul we meet for long group cycles or interval training. We run separate rides aimed at beginners and more experienced club members so everyone has a chance to improve and get a good workout. This is led by Lauren,Emerick and Laura. Find out more
Swim sessions are at Charing Cross sports club. The sessions are on a Tuesday evening and starts at 7pm and finishes at 8pm. The sessions are led by Stuart and are currently £5. Find out more
