We wanted to reminde you all of the fantastic sessions that you are entitled to as a member of Premier Tri. First up is the Wednesday evening sessions run by Emerick at 7pm in Richmond Park. We meet at Roehampton Cafe Car Park before heading into the depths of the park for some good hard work.
The sessions are aimed at improving running efficiency and functional strength with specific drills to develop your core and technique. These sessions also include conditioning circuits, transition practice and maybe the odd hill run! As always you are encouraged to work at your own pace but rest assured you can feel the burn the next day!
