Lauren is a BTF Level 2 certified coach who came into the sport relatively late, completing her first sprint triathlon for charity in 2010 and immediately becoming hooked. She has since gone on to gain first-hand experience of training for and racing at the full range of distances, representing GB Age Group at olympic, half-iron and iron-distance races. Because of this she strongly believes that with passion, drive and a little help, anyone can achieve their triathlon goals and loves being a part of helping people to do just that.
Lauren is an integral part of the club coaching team and is involved with the weekend long rides, the weekly park summer cycling interval sessions and regularly covers the swim and running sessions when people are away on leave.
